The 2009 First Annual Phil Davis Memorial Workshop is open to all photographers both film and digital not just large format shooters.
Workshop Dates - Wednesday November 4th through Monday November 9th 2009. We will meet for dinner Monday evening, November 4th. The next five days will be spent photographing. The workshop will end on Monday November 9th.
The location of the workshop is Zion National Park. We will hold this workshop in a different location every year.
This workshop was designed to remember our friend and mentor Phil Davis. All attendees will be required to donate one 11x14 mounted and over matted print to the Dexter Library in Michigan for an annual exhibit to raise money for the library in Phil Davis' memory. Details will be given at the workshop. Also this exhibit will be on the BTZS.org site.
If you are interested in attending please get in touch with me at (480) 767-7105 or fred@viewcamerastore.com as soon as possible since participation is limited to 15 students. Cost of
the $600 plus lodging, meals and transportation.
