I've heard E-Six Labs (www.e-sixlab.com) in Atlanta does a good job. Also fuji mailers, which end up at Dwayne's Photo.

e-6 processing

Citizens Photo in Portland Ore. does E-6 and C-41 processing with Refrema dip and dunk processors in formats 110, 127, 135(35mm) 620, 120, 220, 21/4x31/4 ,3 1/4x 4 1/4, 4x5, 5x7 , 8x10 and Disc.

Why don't you develop E-& yourself? It's easy. Personally, I get fine results from the Tetenal kit Colortec E-6, much ess expensive than a laboratory.
