It is the 040 version. Airmail postage to the US will be £4.

Are those really ND 2. and 4., as in 6 2/3 stops and 13 1/3 stops?

Rolleiflex filters are marked with the EV correction rather than the filter factor. So Grau 4 needs a 4-stop correction. The Grau 2 needs a 2-stop correction.
