filter's and exposer

If for example you put a 200 asa in, and you use a couple of filter's during the roll, and you have to add +2, +3 stops on any giving neg, would this affect the time of dev, be of mind that most of the negs were with no filters.

When i go out with filters i do use the whole film with a said filter, so i have never seen any results with a mix.

You compensate for the filters, when using filters. And only then.
So all frames on the roll should be exposed properly.
No adjustment in processing is necessary.
