I received a promo from Vanbar about this. I did wonder how they ended up with overstocking to this degree. Do our digital comrades not use filters?

I got me a bag load of filters today. Was like everyone coming into the store was going for the filters. You could tell they were all film users. I could not really find anything for my DSLR. But my old Praktica's have lots of new effects filters. There was so many filters my brain went into overload in what to get.

Actually, filters are still very much needed in digital.
It's one of the great fallacies of the digital era to claim that somehow, magically, PP can compensate for adequate colour balancing.

Yes, I know: it can be done in PP!

But last time I looked, the verb "can" is not a synonym for "should", in the Queen's language!!!
