Filter holder/lens shade for Ektar 152mm

I have see pictures of Pacemakers with lens shades on them before. I know that people can manage to attach filters to their graphics before. How do you do it? I'm tired of holding it in front of the lens lol

They use push-on Series filters and shades, not screw-in. There's a lot available on eBay and used in camera shops.

Yep, that's what I used on mine before I sold it. You can get an adapter to go from Series to modern threaded sizes if you prefer to use something newer...
