film to flange distance mamiya 645

Hi All,

Please confirm or correct.

I have found the film to flange (film plane register) distance for the mamiya 645 cameras listed on the web at 63.3mm.

I do not have a body but would like the correct figure for a project I am working on.

I am also assuming that this distance is measured from the film plane to the front of the lens mounting flange on the body of the camera.

Please correct me if I am wrong or confirm the info above.

I'm reading 63.8mm (not sure where the front point of this should be) on my M645j. So I would put it between 63.3 and 63.5 to be safe. 63.3 ought to be alright.
