Film Testing Question for ULF

Hi, I wanted to ask the group here if I test HP5+ to establish N, N+ and N- development times on 4x5 sheet film, that my development times will be the same when I am using the same film in 11x14 size?

Yes they should be as most sheet film is cut from larger rolls of the same emulsion
