Since the recent pole was so popular and many do not go back, I thought I might make a recommendation for what I sometimes use.

A USA dealer got mine for me 25 years ago. This tool is the cats meow. Perfect cuts every time. I can split the between frame space perfectly every time.

Yep, that's what I use too. Bought it for cutting slides (I frame them myself with GePe glass frames) but it works well for cutting strips of negatives too.

Good small scissors ain`t cheap either. The operative word is GOOD.
