I wasn't thinking specifically about Ilford. There are and have been Kodak and Fuji products only available in some countries. For instance Fuji didn't sell some of their B&W films in every market and this is still the case with their B&W papers.
It would be kind of interesting to know what is available regardless of the market in which it is officially sold. In the age of internet commerce, I think that "not available in a specific country" just means "harder to get in that country." Of course if there is information to this effect, it could be added.
