Film size dilemma

I shoot almost exclusively Ultrafine 125 filme from photowarehouse.biz. Recently, I re-ordered a box of 100 sheets of 8x10 UF 125. I have about 6 sheets left in my previous box so I shot those and broke open the new box of 8x10 that came in on thurs. I have three 8x10 film holders (1 fidelity, 2 older wooden ones) I have been using UF 125 in all three holders for well over a few months and never had a problem. I just now loaded the film. First the fidelity holder and then the two wooden holders..... alas this batch doesnt fit the wooden holders, but DOES fit the fidelity. Ive never had this problem before.... the Ultrafine has always fit all three holders every previous time. only this time the sheets are just too wide and bow too much to even get the darkslide past the film, not to mention the issue of horrible film UNflatness that would ensue.

very odd. so I pulled out the box of JandC Pro 100 I had and loaded the wooden film holders with that film and it fit perfect.
my question is, should I contact photowarehouse and expect them to remedy this or is it just my fault for having old film holders? Im torn because its never been a problem before and quite honestly I love these wooden holders, theyre smaller than the fidelity and are built extraordinarily well.

any thoughts or similiar experiences?

There apparently is an ISO Film Spec that manufacturers should adhere to. I had a similiar problem with some J&C film and they replaced it. I would think PhotoWarehouse would/should do the same.

Thom Bell's site shows the actual sizes and tolerances. If the film is outside the sizes listed I'd complain. OTOH if it's inside the range allowed then the issue would be the holder.

I also have a mix of wooden(Eastman Kodak built by Graflex) and Plastic(Lisco Regals and Regal 2s) film holders and I've shot Ultrafine, Arista, J and C, Kodak, Efke and who knows what else in them without a problem.

FWIW, I have heard that when ordering custom cut film from Photo Warehouse and others you should specify to them of where you intend to put the film(ie, a conventional holder or something different) but not when ordering "common" sizes. FWIW, J and C has a "sale" on mis-cut film awhile back. If you had a roto trim in your dark room you could've made out like a bandit!
