Hello,
I tried to develop Ilford Hp5+ in caffenol M, Unfortunately, the film came out completely undeveloped, ie, the white emulsion bit was still white at the end.
I developed for 7min at 28 celsius. (Using the digitaltruth temperature adjustment, recommended is 15min at 20)
Agitated by using the plastic rotation thing back and forth 5 times to begin with, and then 3 times every minute.
I didn't use a stop bath, just rinsed the film with water (in the tank, of course).
Then fixed normally.
the caffenol formula I used was the one in the caffenol cookbook recommended for medium speed films, just out of curiosity, I put a piece of exposed film in, and it blackened in a while.
What have I done wrong?
