Only found 2 places so far, one is about 12,500 RP per roll, bit much.

Another has 5 pack of 120 Ektar for 495,000 RP which is better (Soup N Film), is that the best around available in Jakarta?

Are you considering buying and importing film from Indonesia to Australia?

If so, I suggest you should think twice about this.

Singapore is better for film, not cheap, not expensive (nowhere near Australian prices), but again, it's beter to be on the spot and visit the local shops.

I recently ordered two lots of film out of Jakarta and I will never do it again. It's a very small market and there aren't many bargains in films around. Out of Jakarta, nothing. Some consumer quality color negative film in a few places in Bali, most of it questionably stored. The bipolar AUS dollar is a problem. The sellers I dealt with preferred payment in US$ or a reliable Asian currency.

Other problems are the Indonesian Customs and an unreliable postal delivery service. Endless delays and much paper work. Packages get "lost" and are never found again.

Good luck. Caveat emptor.

Double posting. I need my first morning coffee...

A quick re-edit and some more info.

With the Aussie dollar currently at Rp9700/A$1, Rp495K for 120 Ektar isn't really a good price when you factor in the postage. A reliable OL seller in Melbourne has it on offer for not much more. A lot can happen to film when you ship it overseas, especially from Indonesia. I wouldn't risk it to save a few dollars.

As you seem to be doing, I looked into film prices and shipping out of Asia last year. Did a detailed search. Not much on offer. Certainly nothing cheap. No more bargains. Thailand, Singapore and Japan were the three best supply markets. Nothing in Malaysia. I've had less than positive experiences from HK sellers and I now avoid them. And as I wrote earlier, I no longer order film out of Indonesia.

A long established seller out of Bangkok lists many films on Ebay and is generally regarded as very reliable. For me, his prices are too high. Certainly not the cheapest, but in the past he did bulk order discounts. May still do.

Japan sellers sometimes do (again, did in the past) offer good OL stocks of films. Again, bulk order discounts may apply. You could always ask.

Elsewhere in the world, have you looked into suppliers out of Germany or Eastern Europe? A G search will locate quite a few listings. A late friend often ordered from Germany, but sadly he passed away in 2013. I bought out his last stocks. Lots of Rollei and Efke films. I loved the latter, but it's no longer produced (and greatly missed by me). Older Rollei films were OK, but I've had quality control problems with the new stocks, so I no longer use it.

My last bulk order was to a well known supplier in the USA. Postage rates almost put me into shock, but film prices were excellent. I bit the bullet and ordered big, really big as I wanted to get my stocks up before the Australian $900 duty free import limit disappears. The service was excellent and shipping was very fast.

Sadly, Australian film prices are now so high, that when my current stocks of bulk 35mm and 120 roll films are used up, I will seriously consider putting my film cameras into a display cabinet, and fully changing over to that other medium we are not supposed to mention or talk about here.
