Thats very fancy. Got to make sure the negs dont touch and stick together.
I just use coat hangers with the two clips, also good for hanging prints, also can hang your trousers with them I believe.
I sometimes use something similar (white, and no octopus theme) for drying RC prints.
I've had it and used it for ten years or so.
It requires a bit more dexterity than some solutions, because handling one of the clips can end up causing the others to go up or down.
As I understand it, they are designed for underwear - probably best not to mix your film and your unmentionables.
Mine folds down very flat, so it is probably a bit better for those of us who need to pack up and store our darkroom stuff between each session. I think I still see them at Dollar stores.
I've added an additional shower curtain rod above the centre, and use either my version of this and/or these clips, in conjunction with more traditional Paterson or steel film clips:
It allows you to hang more films in a smaller space than if you use a line or a rod - provided you are careful!
I combine them with the film clips - clip the film clip to the film, and clip the underwear dryer to the film clips.
