Film Database

Does anyone know of a program or worksheet that will alow me to record the aperture, fstop, film type etc? I could build a database or use Ms Word, but one day I was surfing and found this website but failed to bookmark it.

I use a MS-Access db for mine. If you'd like a look, yell out.
