I inherited these devices many years ago and, due to age, have finally gotten around to researching just what they are. Seems like this forum is the place to do so. Here are some pictures of a few of the parts-in-envelopes trays. I will continue to post photos of a variety of devices that I can't identify and see what I can learn about them.

Envelopes labeled with assorted small parts names (presumably with that part inside). sorted by camera brand

Hard to say but possibly spare parts for a camera repair business? I see one box labeled “Nikon F, F2, FE/FM” and a bunch of envelopes: could be any sort of small parts, eg. gaskets or mirrors or screens

Sorry - wrong pictures above - you're right that they're definitely small camera parts. I meant to post the picture below. I will follow up with closer shots to make the devices identifiable.

Equipment related to film movies - most likely at amateur level - forms at least part of it.

Looks like you inherited a camera repair business. But you probably already know that.

Are you planning on selling the items?
