That is a wide open question for me. I am in accumulate mode, as in exchange to actually finding the time to actually printing with the stuff.
I find I print better on a paper I know I cannot get anymore; it makes me more determined to get a good print from it before it is all gone. I was verry pleased with the images I made on the last of my Ektalure about a year ago.
Most recently I bought about about 100 sheets of 20x24 and about 75 sheets of 16x20 of agfa VC DW FB. 111 or 118 I think it was branded.
That is in addition to other old FB papers that people gift to me, or I find via craig's list, etc. l don't think I have bought b&w paper retail in about the last 4 years.
I do like FB. I have been helping others get started in thier darkroom work, and have gifted away 3 darkroom setups in the last year. For the last one I did notice that there was not so much RC paper left in the freezer any more.
I do like Ilford VC FB DW warmtone, for the wonderful way it can be affected by different developers and toners. I have at least 150 11x14 of that in stock.
I do have a fair stash of different grades of 8x10 and 11x14 FB by Zone VI, and it is quite nice to print on as well.
