Not sure if this has been started before. I did a search here on "instagram" and it showed no results.

Here are a few of my favorite instagram accounts I follow. What are yours?

Too many to list. So many that they all start looking the same, exactly the same

But, for me, standouts include

I'm sure there are many more. But I must be getting old and grumpy, as I am about to ditch Instagram and go back to solely looking at Flickr. Its out of control. I have no control over what is splashed onto my feed and in what order. It really is a shitty platform for photographers who aren't after it for promotional purposes.

One option is to bookmark all good accounts to a group in your browser and then open all at once to separate tabs. And use bibliogram. That way you can do your own "feed". It is not the same of course, but in the end you can see all you need to see.

I have to admit I get more from Flickr. I find it more immersive and the search function absolutely smacks Instagram out the park. And it works much better on a desktop.
