I just ran the Zone I personal film speed test with Tmax 400 (TMY-2) in D76 1:1. I am getting a true speed of 320, using my metering, exposure and development technique. Not bad. The loss of only 1/3 stop would also probably allow me to shoot it at either 320, or 400 at a slight loss in shadow detail, since I am looking primarily for medium format "hand-holdability". I ran the test using 35 mm film stock. Will probably rerun at some point in the future using 120 film in view of the different film stock, and since that will be my usual format to use.
