I think it fits well the classification of "landscape", but I used that lens because that was the one I had, and it nicely filled the frame.

Being an older lens, it has compatibility issues. I shoot it with a converter on a Sony A7 body and it works great for me.

When size is an issue, I use a 25mm Snapshot Skopar from Cosima Voigtlander. Tiny lens, great performance, not quite so wide as the Nikkor UD and with some falloff at the margins but not so much as you would see with an Angulon.
