Faster and cheaper judicial procedure for (C) infringement in the UK

In England and Wales (not clear to me if also in Scotland) there is a new faster judicial procedure for cases of copyright infringements.
A lawyer is not any more required and physical presence in front of the judge might also be unnecessary.

That's I think interesting news for photographers at least in England and Wales.
