Excuse me
Over thirty-five years I have gone through the front door of her business on countless occasions and I have always brought something with me (film, paper, chemicals ...). I continue coming to her shop from time to time (not as often as I would like) although no longer fits so handy, now it is not a comfortable distance for me after my family move.
She always found something extraordinary for me searching through their boxes, drawers or cabinets, she had no problem picking up the telephone in such cases where contacting the relevant supplieres I needed to. For her, her shop was just a business, but her shop she with me was a moment of "PHOTOGRAPHY" in capital letters, because it was something more than a simple business, we became friends with the same "fortune". A growing confidence, full of facilities, that has allowed me to continue growing in this passion.
Yesterday I walked through her door again to purchase 50 Print File Slide Preservers, that surely she would find for me somewere to brighten my day, but instead another person was there with watery eyes ...
She has decided to turn off her light, and hide in the shadows forever. I would have liked to show her this negative, to say her goodbye. And I do so now, this flower is my farewell to you Loly (23/08/16)
