Fair trade for a Fuji GA645i ?

I am thinking about placing an ad to offer a Hexar AF & Contax T2 in exchange for a Fuji GA645i. I have 2 Hexars and with the ability to easily change film mid roll the second AF seems redundant. And while the T2 takes great pictures, I'm just not taking to it. Once upon a time I had a GA645 and would like to have a small quick easy to use medium format camera again.
So, would this be a fair exchange?????

Or would a GS645 folder be a better match???

I'm not sure what the going rate is for the trade items, but I believe that the GA645Zi goes for around $500 give or take these days...
