Face swap

Are there any straightforward 'face swapping' programs that can be recommended that do not require a great deal of expertise?.
There seems to be many 'face swap' programs free and otherwise available but all seem to be AI generated.
I would like to do an 'exact image' face swap but find that the results of an AI 'swap' is not an exact likeness.
Thanks for any info.

GIMP is free. You could do a face swap using layers.

A fun swap of an old picture I had of one of my grand daughters. Done with PhotoShop. I call it the "Maddylisa"
