For Sale F.S. ROLLEIFLEX 2.8E WITH PLANAR LENS

ROLLEIFLEX 2.8E TLR WITH PLANAR LENS in excellent condition. The camera was overhauled in early 2014 by Mr. Harry Fleenor of Oceanside Camera. It is a joy to use. The body is in excellent condition- no dents, dings or scrapes. Shutter speeds are accurate, film transport and focusing are smooth, as is the action of the shutter speed and aperture dials. The lenses and optics are very clean. Mr. Fleenor indicated faint cleaning marks on the viewing lens but frankly, I can't see them. I state it here for disclosure. There is a hairline crack on the top of the clear plastic meter cover (see photo). The meter is responsive to light but I use a hand-held meter so I can't vouch for accuracy. Flash synch and self-timer operate as they should.

Included with the camera is the original leather case, intact and fully functional. ALso included is the original mirror-finish hinged lens cover.

Also for sale is a Rolleiflex Quick Release tripod plate in excellent condition.
