I just read at another thread that Canon and Olympus grooves fit each other.
Pentax viewfinders will also fit the Canon accessories, but they are rounded rectangles, so the fit is approximate.

Yep, and they fit nothing else -- that I know of, at least.All Canon F1s ( Old F1, F1n and New F1) use the same metal eyepiece rings, rubber coverings, and eyesight correction lenses.
Off the top of my head, Miranda and until T4 Konica, I don't recall if the Nikon, F, 2, and 3 used the same thread mount.
I found this via Google using “Konica T3N eyepiece thread”. It implies that the Konica T3N has 18 mm diameter eyepiece thread. It doesn’t mention the thread pitch.
