Hi all
I have a spotmeter Minolta F and some weeks ago I realize that my eye piece was missing. I tought that it was unscrewed and fall somewhere. So I bought another broked spotmeter (screen) with the intention to remove the eye piece to replace it on the spotmeter. Just now I realize that in the PDF manual, they said ''built-in'' eye piece. So, my question is ''Can I replace my spotmeter eye piece or not?

Regards

If you mean the rubber eyecup on the eyepiece, you can probably do that. However, the eyepiece is permanently mounted, can be screwed out only so far, and is used to maintain focus on the subject. The diameter of the rubber eyepiece is about 21mm, so you may be able to find one in that diameter.

It's not just the rubber piece but all the eye piece. I don't understand how I lose it. Probably I will be obligated to buy a new fonctionnal one. thank you for reply.

"Eyepiece" means the lens assembly at the end of any optical instrument intended for visual use.

The other thing is a "rubber cup/shade" etc.

It may have had a small stop screw that kept the eyepiece from unscrewing. Look at the barrel for a tiny hole in the side of it.
