I am wondering about the extremely slow addition of AgNO3 solution to halide solution. Would that make huge crystals with very fast exposure times? What would be a long addition of, say 0.2moles of AgNO3? Obviously, I have a lot of patience. Otherwise I would have dumped this stuff and started buying sheet film again.
BTW-Can one still buy 8x10 sheet film? (I am not being silly here).

Bill, attached is a set of curves of speed vs addition time. This is mainly true of single run emulsions. Digestion and growth are also important factors. Concentration and rate of addition times are not given. Just the time of addition.
