Extreme minimal agitation?

I know that it's the 4 cycles agitation. Would someone please give me the time use for each agitation cycle.
I'll try to develop the FP4+ with Pyrocat HD for VC paper. Please recommend me the developing time.

For the 1.5:1:200 dilution of Pyrocat-HD, used at 72F, I would suggest the following times with this type of agitation.

N-1 30 minutes
N 45 minutes
N+1 85 minutes

SBR 9 29
SBR 8 35
SBR 7 45
SBR 6 70
SBR 7 85
