Extra Dev for Combi-Plan?

Do any Combi-Plan users give extra development? The reason I ask is that some test shots I took for testing the tank the one time I used it look to be a tad underdeveloped. They were Fuji Acros 100 and they look to me like they need maybe 20% more dev time to look like what they do in 120 which I've used before. (Maybe other users have noticed that Acros needs more dev time for sheets?) I shot six sheets of FP4 Plus yesterday, and am considering giving them 20% more than the nominal dev time, as this will be just my second session with the Combi-Plan.

I use normal dev times in my Combi system with FP4+ (and I generally only do 4 sheets at a time).
Is your Combi agitation regime the same as with 120?

What developer? I found Acros needs more time than the "book" times for me with Pyrocat-HD. Or shoot Acros at ISO 80- that seems to be best.

Thanks, Ian. I think perhaps my agitation with the Combi is not quite as rigorous as my 120 development. Domaz, I use FX39, and for 120 the dev times looked fine but for sheet, they looked a tad underdone.

Kevin, I gave up using the combi plan, I just kept getting uneven development. I processed in the dark and used the lift and tilt method for agitation, still got streaks. I am now back to trays with no problems, and I can do 8 at a time. Like the other, I have found Across needs a bit more time than generally indicated.
With FP4, I always use Rodinal 1:50 for tanks, and 1:25 for sheet film in trays, using Agfas' time sheet, a combination that is really nice.

Forget about "lift and tilt", just use it as a standard daylight tank and fill it via the spouts in light. Perfectly developed negs with no uneven development. I love the combi tank.

To the OP: times are the same as with your MF and 35 mm tanks assuming your agitation methodology is the same.

Thanks evrybody. I do use it as intended as a standard daylight tank, except I start with the developer already in the tank. I'll try a bit more vigorous agitation and report back. These are shots from my day trip yesterday in country New South Wales.

No need, you can fill and empty via the spouts. Absolutely no uneven development despite the somewhat prolonged fill and empty times.
