Extension tube for bessamatic?

Anyone know if an extension tube was made for the Bessamatic/Retina Reflex (Deckel/S) mount? Could swear that I saw one on the 'bay in a bessamatic outfit a few months back. The photo wasn't good enough to read the info off the barrel but it looked like it was produced by a third party German company (or Braun?).
