Exposure for the sun

Here's an image of of sun that I shot in December with a Canon G9 through a 20x-60x Pentax Zoom Eyepiece on a Pentax PF-80EDa spotting scope fitted with a Baader ASSF-80 AstroSolar Spotter Filter. It's fuzzy because the camera was hand held as close to the eyepiece as I could get. With the correct camera/eyepiece mount excellent photos are possible. Exposure was camera chosen on "auto."

Also good advice for landing a manned space mission to the sun... do the landing at night.
