I have some expired (2006) velvia 50 on the way, kept in fridge. I've bought expired film from the same guy before too, so im thinking it will be fine.
But would expired film be more vulnerable to aiport x-rays? I know fresh slow film will not be affected. It would be going through aiport x-rays up to 5 times, and will be in my backbag for over 2 weeks, before I can develop/freeze it. Buying fresh velvia for the trip is out of the question, since its very expensive.

So im guessing the fact that the film is expired, will not make it more vulnerable to x-rays? I hope so

Thanks for the reply!
