Only an opinion, but if the fellow is selling film and omits any comment re: the film's previous storage conditions from the desciption, I'd back away.

Haven't and wouldn't. I contacted this guy a while back about some 8x10 e-6 that he had for sale. He wouldn't tell me if it was cold stored or not. Some of the stuff was/is still for sale months later.
