I bought some eight rolls of these film which were expired in 6/2014.

Is it too expired for color film? Do need any exposure adjustments?

I've never had a problem with expired superia 400. You could rate it at 320 to be safe, but less than a year after expiration is fine. I have some from September that I still use with great results.

I seriously doubt you will have any problems. If you are worried, just shoot and develop one roll to see how it comes out.
