Expired film for a "once in a lifetime" trip?

I'll go with 4 rolls of expired stuff, the rest fresh, and I have my Sony A7 as "backup"

Ended up not even shooting that much, busy enjoying the sights, and driving.... Did manage to blow through 3 rolls...
The 35/F100 combo did well

Also really glad I didn't use my expired e100gx - was very blue - nearly blue and white film

I agree

Expired in 08 is nothing. And you test it. Go for it.

I bought a brick of expired TMX 35mm that's been expired for a long while. I tested a roll before going on my trip to Turkey and Greece. The film is fine. But don't take risks and not test the film.
