In many/most cases it will depend on the integrity of the packaging.
There is a good chance all of them will be fine.

With respect to the powder developers, I would open them and check for discolouration.
Assuming they are white powder, I would make sure that I tried a test roll before relying on film developers.
Microdol-X is no longer made, although Ilford offers a reasonable substitute.
HC-110 has changed, although the replacement is essentially functionally equivalent in normal use.
All the currently made Kodak products are experiencing supply problems.
LPD has been a challenge to get for at least two years.
