Exhibition in Berlin | October - November 2013

Dear All,

I just wanted to flag up that, for anyone living in or near Berlin, my solo exhibition of analogue B&W photographs opens on Friday, 18 October at 8pm.

Also, for anyone who might be traveling to Berlin between then and the end of November, the exhibition is open 19 October – 30 November | Thursday – Saturday | 3 – 7pm. I will be in the gallery every Saturday.

Galerie F92 | Fehrbelliner Straße 92 | 10119 Berlin.

Nearest tube is Senefelderplatz on the U2 line which is 2 stops away from Alexanderplatz.

Was recently in London for a brief visit and needed some 16 x 12 dry mounting tissue (you can only buy it in big rolls here).

Made a visit to Process Supplies - wow what a time warp! It was as if time had stood still since I was a regular in the mid-Eighties - Nineties.

What's more - they still had packs of 100 sheets lurking in that Aladdin's Cave of a basement of theirs.

Just a quick update:

The opening of the exhibition last Friday went very well with the gallery packed with visitors. Five photographs sold and lots of positive feedback. The following day I was in the gallery and there were 17 visitors and all stayed for a long time and asked a number of interesting questions. Everybody mentioned how nice it was to see analogue B&W prints in an exhibition.

I was there and I liked the exhibition. Well worth it, and well done.

Good to see some work from a Apuger.
Interesting to see how a Brit sees Berlin.
