Hiya, just a quick one about Exa shutters (the simple mirror-flip type).

As the mirror is a non-instant-return type, will there be any harm in leaving the shutter cocked for long periods of time? Or is it recommended that you only cock the shutter/lower the mirror before taking a shot and then leaving it blacked out?
