Gepe glass mounts are readily available in Europe
Are they still being made or?

thats thr reason i bought my mamiya 6
+1
I use Mamiya 6 for slides almost exclusively and had superb results. Unfortunately, my Tetenal e6 stock died all of a sudden (second batch from 5l kit, ~1 year passed) and this chems cannot be shipped outside EU to RUS anymore..

I shoot 66 and 67 slides and view with a manual 66/67 Hasselblad projector (a rebadged Leitz 66 Prato). One disadvantage of 120 slides is buckling , thus requiring glass mounts. My cache of 67 mounts is dwindling. It would be exciting to shoot 69 with my Medalist but where to find a reasonably priced projector and glass mounts?
However, I do shoot most of my slides in 35mm. I have a lifetime supply of Gene mounts.
Come to think of it a 45 slide mounted in a back lighted frame could be interesting.

I had no idea about this place. There's another lab on the West Side, but they don't do slides. Have you used them?

Edit: They're in North Lima. Practically pass right by it on my way up there...

Yes, a short distance from the Turnpike exit. Haven't used the other lab. Good luck!

There are Gepe #2701 glass mounts for 54 x 68 Slide Mount, unfortunately even B&H does not routinely offer them for sale (not on their website when I checked a moment ago), but perhaps they can procure them upon specific customer order.

Talked to someone from there today. Super nice guy, eager to accommodate. Apparently they've been in business since the 70's, albeit in a few locations around Youngstown. The website seems a testament to their professionalism. I think I'm going to give them a try. Thanks for the tip!

Anything can adapt if the desire is strong enough. I had no enlarger as a kid, so I used my Viewmaster (remember them?) projector. Worked pretty ok for the shots on 110 but not as well for 35mm

I bet an enlarger could be modified to project 120 chromes... and who among us doesn't have a "spare" enlarger, or three!
