Hello everyone, I continue to be pleased with my little Yashica Electro 35CC. The lens is great, and I have no complaints about the exposure system. My daughter found a really odd place to explore: an abandoned Lockheed Propulsion Company rocket fuel plant in the Mentone area of Redlands, California, near the Santa Ana River. The concrete bunkers have been unused for 40 years or so. They are well-decorated with garffitti, but are otherwise largely intact. The morning we visited the site, the light was soft and misty. I used a roll of Fuji 200 film that I had bought in Kathmandu (yes, some camera stores in Kathmandu still sell Ilford and Fuji film). In the 4th picture below, the square frames are viewing ports containing glass about 6 or 8 inches thick. They were used for movie cameras to film rocket motors being fired. Thanks for watching.
