Thanks for the link. That's a book I've had my eye on since it was released. His most famous book is House of Bondage from 1967 that was re-issued by Aperture a couple of years ago.

Most of the photos in the Colossal article look like they are from New York.

If anyone is in the NYC area, this should definitely be worth checking out. Too bad I'm on the wrong coast...
