Epson Stylus Photo 1500W for digital negatives ?

Hello everyone,

I want to slowly go into alternative photography with digital negatives.
And now looking for good printer and inks.

Can I use for this a Epson Stylus Photo 1500W ? (A3+ size)
And this would be a printer ONLY for digital negatives. ( for invoices etc. I have laserjet )

What inks should I use in this?

Or maybe better will be to use R2000 ?

Let me get this Epson R800 printer in hand and running. I understand it has pretty good proprietary profiles with it.
