I only occasionally use my Epson R3000 printer. It works well, except I very often get messages about some of the ink tanks not being seated and to remove and reseat them. I do this, but it will often take a half dozen attempts before the tank seems to be seated to the printer's satisfaction. Sometimes, one tank will need to be reseated, then another gets out of whack. I don't think the problem is really the seating of the tanks since this will crop up upon startup even though nothing has been touched since the last printing session. Any one else have this problem? Is there a fix (I assume it is a fault somewhere), like cleaning the contacts on the ink tank or in the receptacle?
