hi All,
I have to buy a new printer and I want it to be a pigment not a dye based system as I have currently. I cannot afford a 3880 which I would love to have so I must go for an A3 model. On paper the new r3000 from Epson seems to be a miniature 3880. Can this model be used with the Qtr rip. This is the big issue with me. Would I for instance be able to use existing 3880 quad files.

Answers please in a plain brown envelope. Many thanks

David

Yes, thank you. I have already seen that page and it doesn't really answer my question. The #)
#printer is quite new but very similar as I said, to it`s big brother.

I don't think that matters. That's the Achilles tendon of QTR - limited printer support. Post your question on the QTR Yahoo forum.
