Hello
I thought I would ask here first soooo. On a Epson R2880 you have the option of Photo Black and Matte Black. When you are swapping between both how do you store the other Black to keep it from drying out? Any one try this yet ?

Good morning, Rick;

I do not have that specific printer, although I do have printers by Epson. From my experience with those and with other inkjet printers over the years, I have been able to extend the life of a cartridge removed from the printer by placing it into a tightly wrapped plastic bag to keep out the air, and storing it in the same attitude that it normally has while in the printer. It has not always been a perfect solution for this problem over the years, but it has helped. I am still using some hp cartridges for my Kodak Diconix portable text printers.

Enjoy; Ralph Javins
