I have been printing on Inkpress transparency material with no difficulty but last week it began pausing most of the way through the process. It does not eject the transparency but instead just stops printing. The printer driver indicates printing is complete. Test prints on office paper print complete, no problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks for this response! I'm not sure what either of those things are. Could you say more?

When the printer pauses, try pressing the form feed button to resume printing.

the printer uses an optical sensor to find the edge of the paper and another to detect that paper is present. you said that it prints fine with paper which is more reflective than inkpress. the sensor may be dirty and not getting enough reflective signal to detect the edge or it may think it has reached the bottom of the ink press material and does not eject because material bottom and paper size not equal. just a guess, idk where your sensor are look inside with a flash light for some small clear led looking things and wipe them with an alcohol slightly damp q-tip. u may need to remove the cover on the printer.
