Just posting this information, as I was unaware of their existence:

Please read the descriptions and Q&A sections for each holder to see if they will fit or can be modified for your scanner.

I have no commercial interest in promoting these, but ordered one of each to see if they work any better than non-ANR Epson film holders.

This is Epson holder made for V800/850 originally, same shape as 700 though. Epson calling plastic ... glass is a huge stretch of imagination, they are made of acrylic material and collect dust as hell. Better Scanning had arguably best alternative option for the 700/800 series, and just a plate of AN glass shimmed up over the scanner being second best.

I have this 4x5 for my 700 pro. The acrylic is impossible to get dust off and you can't remove it for replacement. Waste of $ imo. The Epson 'fluid mount' jig for 850 (fits 700) is good and you can use it dry with a piece of antiglare or P99 museum glass on top...that's a sweet spot imo in terms of simple process and result... a light mask shouldn't be overlooked with 4x5. The fluid mounting is real nice but the scope of process can be challenging especially trying to figure out where to store combustible chemicals in a 1000 sq/ft apartment, don't tell the neighbors...or wife, but safer than charging an eBike apparently.
