I have been using my 2200 for negatives for several years, I have a 4880 on the way. IS there a big difference when making the negatives on the 4880. I'm looking to go to 16 x20 negatives for my Pl/Pt work.

The simple answer is Yes since the 4880 is a pro level printer and because the 4880 has a different ink set and will require complete recalibrating for digi-negs for what ever process you are using. I don't own one but it's been my impression from reading posts on the net that the K8 inks don't block UV as effectively as previous ink sets from Epson and certainly not as effectively as the 2200.
If you are using QTR the latest version is supported.
