Epson 1430 wifi Printer
I have a epson 1430 WIFI printer that I am having problems installing. The initial attempt with the USB connection resulted in an error message that something in my desktop was blocking the installation .Turning off everything in the start up menu had no effect. I then tried from my laptop on the USB connection and the program hung at printer recognized and installation will continue. Then I tried the wifi installation on the laptop and it took. Except there is no record of the printer on the files of the laptop or the Desktop even after hooking up the USB cable to the printer from the desktop. All attempts now of installing the program on the desktop result in the same problem, with the program hanging at the same point. I can't uninstall and start over as there is nothing to uninstall in the files. The printer runs after a fashion only while the computer is online. In other words the installations are in the cloud. I am trying to connect to the Quad tone RIP program for black and white printing as it seems as though the download is not being installed on the printer menu. Other than wiping the hard drive and reinstalling the operating system windows 10 and losing all my other programs .And even then there is no guarantee the printer program will install. I am at a complete loss as to what to do next.
